Using Stillwhite was so easy and I am so happy my dress will be worn by another bride. The paypal and tracking built into the messaging was so easy. I wasnt able to share a video through the chat so that would be a nice add on feature. I was thought able to send lots of photos to help my bride make her choice. The process was fantastic!

Your website makes the process really easy and your reach is international- opening up a large buyer pool. However, the process for payment and release of funds should be clarified for sellers before they initiate the process- I had no paypal account and only discovered that was my only option after the dress found a buyer. In the process, Paypal have charged me a huge fee which I could have added onto sale price to cover. Ive yet to clear the funds out of Paypal too so this part of the process is frustrating.

So great! Love this sustainable way to get a beautiful wedding dress. Messaging was super easy! I was able to try the dress of in person but I do feel there are ways to make it easier for woman to make sure the dress fits. This is so important and a lot of woman want to try the dress on the make sure before committing. Making an easy shipping/return policy would be a nice feature.

Fantastic service. Only thing I would change about Stillwhite is to be able to see a thumbnail of the dress alongside messages without opening them, as I couldn't remember which was which.
