So effortless and easy! I do wish there was a way to adjust the shipping price paid by the purchaser following shipping because things change quite a bit when you actually go and ship and add the insurance, and it is not entirely practical to do that research before actually shipping the dress.

I found the site easy to use and easy to communicate with sellers. Ultimately, I found a very good price on a brand new dress - about $800 less than retail and with less wait time. The woman I bought it from is a super lovely lady and I felt confident about the purchase. I wish there were more veils and accessories listed! My only hiccup was the fault of UPS - they didn’t come up to my apartment for a signature and someone signed for it in the lobby and then left it there 🤦🏻‍♀️ completely defeating the purpose of an expensive signature-required delivery. But I got the dress and it’s beautiful and I get to brag forever about how little I spent on my wedding dress 🤣✨🌙

The good news is I was able to sell my dress. It took about 6 months. The downside is both the Stillwhite site and PayPal take a premium off of your bottom line. Shipping, even after calling the shipping company and using the online calculations, was also more than I quoted the buyer.

I loved looking at dresses on this site and the many filters to narrow down the search was helpful. horrible experience with paypal and stillwhite. I sold a dress to an international buyer, spent a ton of time sharing photos/videos, then they received the dress and claimed it was inaccurately represented when in reality it just didn't fit them. the dress was returned to me in horrible condition, I wasted a ton of time shipping this when I could have sold it over that timeframe, and lost money in paypal fees. it's a horrible experience for the seller on stillwhite and through paypal. I should have been weary of previous reviews that said the same. I just didn't want to deal with the process of filing a claim and all the back and forth given the huge hassle this had already been so allowed the buyer to send it back to me but this overall was a huge waste of my time and energy. I will strongly advise against any sellers using stillwhite or paypal to sell their wedding dress. the support I received in responses from stillwhite were kind but not necessarily helpful as they stated they were a third party and didn't actually resolve anything for me. do not recommend.

I had to reach out to your customer support for help reaching one of the sellers and it was so helpful - that’s the dress I ended up buying and it arrived perfectly! Love everything about using your site. I got a never worn dress I had tried on at a boutique ($2,500 on “sale”) for $500 and the seller was just as excited as I am! Really loved using the platform! The search is really good in terms of filtering for exactly what you want if you don't have a specific gown in mind. Or if you do, like I did, it's good at finding all the right matches for your size. I enjoyed talking to the sellers and didn't have any issues. I received my gown exactly as it was described and with the correct measurements. The delivery went smoothly - I was required to provide a signature before the package was given to me.

Too many hidden seller fees - I thought I was paying a one time fee to sell on the website, but there were also seller fees taken out by stillwhite once the money got transferred to Paypal. Just be more transparent about that at the signup stage. I also think you should be able to include estimated shipping price in an official part of the listing if you want to. I was shipping a huge ballgown and had buyers scared off by the $100-150 shipping estimate that I would quote them in the chat even though I had also included it in the body text of my listing. otherwise as a buyer you guys are great to use. Super good search function
