We couldn't meet up to try the dress on, so the seller sent measurements, detailed pictures and took great care to answer all our questions. We are really pleased that we have the exact dress we wanted and getting through this website has made it affordable for us.More

buyerI am so incredibly satisfied with the dress I found and the price I paid for it. I also love the feature of the website that lets you see each picture posted of a dress without having to click on the listing. I didn’t find any other pre-owned wedding dress site or other vendor with this feature. It would be helpful if there was more of a standard for sizing and measurements, but I understand wedding dresses vary widely.More

buyerI really love the concept of finding a new home for dresses. Technically, I had a few issues with the filter when using it on my phone. So I would look at a dress and when I would go back it would change the filter to a previous one. Other than that it was great and I would recommend it.More

buyerI found a dress on the site that I had fallen in love with originally when I just started looking for dresses for my daughter. It was pure luck that months later I found it on this site and she liked it as well! The communication with the seller was excellent, the price unbeatable (we saved 85% off the retail price!), and the whole experience was great. Of course, most of the credit goes to the wonderful seller who so kind, but whom we would never had met had Still White not existed!More

buyerFantastic platform!! All the filter options made it so easy to find what you're looking for! The only recommendations I would offer are some tighter control over sizing.. often I would search for a a particular size with the filter and would end up with so many dresses which were clearly much bigger. This was a shame and a bit of a time sink because I'd have to sift through so many more dresses to find the ones I wanted to see. Also, perhaps a button could be added to the messaging page to add a payment button, or at least to advise how... we had to do some research to figure out how to make the sale. Otherwise, really great - thank you!More

sellerIt took a lot longer than I had anticipated to sell my dress. I also had to lower the asking price multiple times which was a little disappointing. Many people who contacted me didn’t respond after I messaged them back. But overall, I am glad the dress is sold.More

buyer> It would be nice to direct a new user to reading a list of "most important things to know when buying a second hand wedding dress" or similar because I didn't realise there was a help section on the website until too late. >The price estimate quoted and the actual price when I opened Paypal had quite a large discrepancy. It would be more helpful if the price quoted on StillWhite reflected the price Paypal will make us pay - otherwise it's off putting for buyers (esp. those which have to convert between currencies). However overall the site is really great and user friendly.More
