About the Dress

Beautiful, classic, and elegant I loved wearing this dress for my wedding! I want to try to provide as much detail as possible and answer questions that I had when wedding dress shopping: The dress is a 4 petite, which is hard to find so I was really glad to have the option. The skirt has a horse tail hem line which helps give and maintain its shape. For alterations, I added a bustle to the skirt and cups to the bodice to help me fill it out more (I am typically a B cup, in my opinion I think the dress was designed with a C cup in mind). I love the satin bodice, it's almost corset-like but without the restriction or suffocation, just enough to help me pretend I have flat abs. The straps start thicker then taper to spaghetti strap, but don't dig. Lastly, I'll say that the dress does not feel heavy at all while wearing it and I moved and danced around easily, the designer did a great job distributing the weight of the dress.
