sellerNice platform to use, didn't think I was going to sell my dress (since selling a wedding dress feels impossible), but I did. It's a bit disappointing that your dress falls off the radar so quickly on the site and then you have to pay each time to get it in the public eye again, but I get that Stillwhite needs to make a profit as well. sellerIt took 4 years to sell and I ended up significantly reducing the price of the dress (85% off) in order to gain some interest - had at least half a dozen people try on but it didn't fit/suit. I attended the Still White sale day a couple of years ago but hardly any buyers attended - it was a great idea in theory but a waste of time for so many dress sellers because there wasn't enough interest.MoreAnna, Waverton

It was such a reasonable price and the woman who I bought it from was so kind and helpful throughout the process and even ended up sending me the belt she wore with the dress which she totally didn’t have to do. sellerOverall I had a great experience with Still White. It's all set up very well, easy to use and also easy to find help on different topics as needed. It was nice not to have to sift through a whole lot of jargon when searching help topics! Very user friendly. My dress took 9 weeks to sell, I boosted it once around week 4 if I recall correctly. The one-off fee was very attractive, instead of it being listed for only a limited period of time for the fee. I think the $50 fee is very reasonable as a flat-rate fee, especially considering the price of some of the gowns. The website is very pleasant to peruse, plenty of beauty and bling to view! And it was refreshing not to have spam placed all over the page - thank you, whoever decided that! I'd recommend a little more information is provided in the Help section (or perhaps it is and I didn't find it) about creating the invoice once there is a buyer. I wasn't sure once I clicked on the Buy It button (as a seller)if I would be able to edit the price (I gave the buyer a small discount) or add postage. The buyer didn't know how to proceed with a purchase. So perhaps that info could be added. Thank you to all the admin and staff who have worked behind the scenes for this sale!MoreIlly, Brisbane

Mobile site stumbled a bit (scrolled up and down when going between shopping browse page and individual dress postings) for chrome on Android. sellerStill White was an easy, convenient, and awesome site to sell my wedding dress from start to finish. It took a little bit longer then expected to sell. But when it did I was able to have my buyer be able to purchase right away, send it to them via the mail and then receive it, and then them being able to put the barely used dress to use again :) I would definitely reccomend this for a hassle free sell.More
