  • I also had some of the spare lace, that was removed when taken up, attached above the slit in the left leg to show a little less thigh

About the Dress

My beautiful Lottie gown has only been worn for an hour!!!!! I had two dress options and got changed straight after our ceremony into another dress. The lace this dress is made from is the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. It's stretchy and fits perfectly, with room for movement and a couple extra burgers if you aren't into the pre-wed-shred. I chose to have a single split, on the left side of the gown. The box the gown came in was torn slightly during transit, I assume, from QLD to Melbourne. I have taped it with white tape (I used to be a packaging designer) so it looks as good as new.

I had about 5cm taken off the train at the front as it was too long for me to walk in. Everything else is as per the standard design. The dress has just been dry cleaned even though it was pretty much spotless beforehand. There are no marks or blemishes on the dress at all!

I am more than happy for people to come to try the gown on so that they can see it on themselves.

Featuring all-over ivory French lace that hugs the body and flatters the female shape, the Lottie is an alluring dress that is easy and comfortable to wear. Beginning with a low V neckline and a daring scooped back, with hand cut Guipure lace motifs artfully placed on the thin spaghetti straps, the Lottie has been designed to compliment any shape. For a more traditional feel, the Lottie can be made with no splits in the skirt, or with one or two splits, to show more skin. The skirt then flows into a 40cm train, trimmed with Guipure lace motifs.
