This dress was debuted in 2018 and took 10 months to come in. It has only been altered and never actually worn. When looking at the pictures the strapped dress is the dress before alterations, the black dress represents the neckline of the dress AFTER alterations. Some details of the dress include:

They ensured the dress could be made strapless
