It took 2.5 years to sell my dress and I had to reduce it from 2/3rds of the original price to under 1/3rd. I think paying extra for promotions did nothing

It's taken over a year to sell a brand new unworn unaltered dress for a fraction of the price I paid for it. A little disappointing and very annoying that still white essentially dictate to buyers how much you have to reduce it by to have the dress "boosted" and advertised more.

It's expensive to keep boosting the advert f you struggle to sell, considering it costs a lot to post item in the first place and a percentage is taken once it has sold. Glad my dress has sold though. This is the second time I've sold through still white.

It took a little while to get the dress sold, but it was worth the wait and not stressful at all. It was a simple process from start to finish and I couldn't have done it without the help of the site! I absolutely recommend boosting your dress every so often to get the presence up, but other than that, just post and wait for the questions. The overall experience was really simple! I was able to search for my favorite designer dresses, follow them to get an idea of what I could find (and prices!), get in contact with a couple of potential sellers and finally having the chance to try one dress on before buying it! Best site to sell on, super easy platform to use. Easy to search dresses, save favorites, boost views on your listings. I had my dresses listed on two other sites as well. Got less views on them, the platform was more complicated and seemed out of date. StillWhite is much cleaner and has a larger audience.

I really enjoyed the experience I had on StillWhite. So much so that even after finding and purchasing my dress, I still occasionally come back here... ;) The website and the mobile app were very easy to use. The search option had loads of filters allowing to find dresses in the size, style and price I was after. Searching by designers was also a great feature, not to mention having an ability to find which dresses were closer to me, and therefore offered an opportunity of trying the dresses on. Speaking to sellers in a private room/chat allowed to gather more information, get additional photos and eventually make the purchase- it all felt so intuitive. As a graphic designer, I had a particular pleasure using the eye-pleasing font and clean interface of the chat. Both myself and the seller appreciated the additional advice StillWhite had on the website on how to find the best and cost effective option for sending the dress and how to package it. The purchase and agreeing the price requires just a few clicks and we both appreciated the extra security given by Paypal and StillWhitel. Thanks to StillWhite I have a dress I really wanted to have for a third of a price! Thank you StillWhite!

This is a great website, easy to use, and I like how it is international to truly help find that perfect dress. Working with my buyer was easy. The website is a great model. Estimating the shipping component was a bit tricky to navigate and I wish there was a "range" provided as to what to expect for each dress style. For instance, I was NOT expecting a ball gown to cost $150 to ship! As a buyer, I would be shocked. Aside from shipping costs, I think the buyer benefits most. I am concerned about PayPal as the only payment mode and whether PayPal protected sellers adequately. Recently I've read a number of reviews about how buyers (across all markets) can easily request a refund, claiming damage or inaccurate items, etc. without further proof. Additionally, I'm especially concerned because PayPal now "limits" accounts. My account was limited and the funds on "hold." I had to personally pay for shipping because of this (because in order to get full access to my PayPal account, I had to provide proof of shipment), and now I am concerned that - if there is an issue - the buyer will receive a full refund and I functionally LOST money in this exchange. I think it would be an improved seller experience if there were payment options. Overall though, a pleasant experience!

The app is glitchy. Whenever there's a new dress that matches my saved search criteria, if I click on the notification for that new dress, I do not get shown anything or the app glitches and takes me to my saved dresses. It's nice that Stillwhite exists though. I love that I was able to find a beautiful designer dress at a very affordable price point for my budget!

Easy to use website with lots of logical filters. Website navigation and loading was smooth and faultless (no delays in pictures loading or waiting to scroll down Search Pages). Pictures were clear and easy to zoom in, to see the detail. Super easy to contact a seller and start a communication, and the messages are stored after the chat ends.
