About the Dress

I would love my beautiful wedding dress to be loved again!
I had so many compliments in this dress, and guests commented on how confident and comfortable I looked... it was so true!

Colour:
Champagne satin underlay (2 layers) + ivory lace overlay with chiffon godets in the skirt, the lace is STUNNING and has delicate eyelash details right along the hem of the skirt.
My bridesmaids wore champagne, and it looked absolutely stunning.

Details:
this dress looks effortless, but I also felt so secure! The dress has built in bra cups (so I went braless), and you can thread the spaghetti straps multiple ways. Buttons trail all the way down the skirt, and there is a hidden zipper, so it's super easy to get in and out of. There is a small train, the champagne satin is slightly shorter and the lace trails longer.

Sizing:
This dress is very forgiving size-wise, I think it would definitely fit a size 8 or a size 10 due to the adjustable lace-up back and the stretch in the fabric. I am a size 8 up the top, and a size 10 in bottoms and the dress still fit me perfectly. I am 170cm tall and I wore heels that were 8-9cm.

Alterations:
Luckily for me, this dress fit me perfectly, and I didn't have to have any alterations done! So it's exactly the same as when it left the store. The dress is the original length. I did have a bustle added to the skirt, which came in very hand when I wanted to dance! The 2 satin layers tuck under and tie (very securely) with 2 ribbons. And the lace layer has a small loop about halfway down, which can come up and loop over a button of your choice. Unfortunately, the button I looped mine in to did come off, so I would recommend having your seamstress add a button and reenforce it very securely (you could even do this yourself).

This dress has been worn at my wedding, but it's in excellent condition and has been professionally dry cleaned.
