What if shipping is more than I estimated?

It's the seller's responsibility to correctly determine shipping fees before making an offer. Asking for an additional amount after payment is against the Stillwhite Seller Agreement.

If a seller asks for additional payment to cover shipping fees, the buyer may cancel the transaction or open a dispute to initiate a refund. For this reason, we recommend sellers absorb smaller differences in shipping fees.

Wrong price

If an incorrect amount was paid, the seller must cancel the transaction through PayPal and make a new offer. It is a requirement of PayPal's Buyer Protection to pay in a single transaction.
