What if shipping is less than estimated?

Buyers may not ask for a refund, or dispute a payment based on a lower final shipping cost.

Sellers are responsible for estimating shipping fees and are encouraged to be as accurate as possible. However, the final cost printed on the shipping label may be different from the amount paid by the buyer.

Once a payment is made, the shipping amount cannot be disputed. Likewise, sellers may not ask for additional payment if the shipping cost was higher than estimated.

Insurance and packaging costs

The shipping fee printed on the label may not include additional costs such as insurance fees, the mailing box, and other packaging material.
