Why are my messages unread?

Each time you send a message, we notify the receiver. Your message will remain 'Unread' until it is viewed.

It's not uncommon to receive an initial inquiry from a buyer, who then doesn't respond to your follow-up message. Some buyers will simply stop communicating if they are not interested any longer.

Message status

• Unread - message delivered, but the buyer has not viewed it
• Seen - the buyer has viewed the message

If you don't hear back after 48 hours (and the message is still Unread), feel free to send a polite follow-up message asking for a reply.
