The way payments are received through PayPal was very complicated. Also I had dozens of people contact me about the dress, but didn’t sell it for almost a year. And paying to list it was a rip off in my opinion. Overall more complicated than necessary.

I truly had the BEST experience will StillWhite! I found a Milla Nova dress that I absolutely loved, and managed to get it at an amazing price. It was in near perfect condition and the seller was honest, transparent, patient and so lovely. The StillWhite guidelines were very concerned with buyer protection, and their staff were so quick and helpful in replying to my questions. Still White is a great platform to use to sell your wedding dress, as long as you're not in a hurry. My dress has been listed for almost 2 years, but I was happy to wait for the right buyer. Great features and messaging facilities, would recommend :) List pricing is great, and I love that it;s a flat rate fee rather than a percentage of your sale

Great way to easily search your favourite wedding designers and compare prices across the globe. Saved so much money by shopping second hand! I would suggest shopping in your own country where possible to avoid the hefty import tax.

I was quoted a price including shipping, she said she was shipping it that day, did not, a week later said she would ship end of that week, did not, instead, changed the price and Added more money for shipping. I ended up paying a lot more. She did not stick to her price.

Most likely I would give 5-stars if your website charged based upon a commission system - similar to sites such as mercari.com, and a few others... Having to pay a fee up front, to list an item, feels like a rip off, because it's quite likely the item won't even sell. This dress, for example, was listed on the site for well over six months. I had forgotten all about it, in fact. If your company is so caught up in making everyone pay to use your servers, and your programming, you'll never grow -- that I guarantee. But, other than that, it's a fine site, easy to use, and nice looking. oh, the other problem: requiring the use of pay pal is another annoying thing. I haven't used pay pal since 2012. Can't you include an option where customers pay directly to checking accounts? I would think so.

It took a long time to sell my gown and I had to pay extra a couple of times to bring it to the top of the list. I was almost scammed a couple of times, so you have to be extremely careful! I did finally sell it, but for a fraction of the original asking price.
