The process was simple enough and the messaging system was great. However, both the buyer and I were confused on how to actually purchase the dress. I imagine most people only sell a dress once so I get not being familiar with the platform. I also wasnt expecting paypal fees to come out of shipping as well... Overall im glad I was able to sell my dress and help someone out!

Still white is the best thing since sliced bread. You can filter within an inch of your life and find EXACTLY what you are looking for instantly. Communicating and buying through the messaging system is easy and so fast. Highly highly recommend.

StillWhite made finding a pre-loved dress fun. It can be almost addictive browsing for dresses and styles. I ended up buying a dress from a lady about an hour from my home. Communication was great and I got to try the dress on before agreeing to buy. The saving was incredible. I cannot recommend the platform enough.

Really happy that my dress will be used on one of the most important days of someone's life. The messaging system was easy to use however it took some minutes to send images and videos to buyers. This is despite having good WiFi connectivity. It also would be useful to offer other methods of payment rather than just PayPal. Other than that, it was a great experience.

By far the best, most seamless re-sale app I’ve ever used. I have to take a star off for the glitches. Hard to post pics sometimes and the response time through notifications is delayed. Other than that it’s a fantastic platform!!

I didn’t like the only way payment could be received was through PayPal. I had to create an account just to sell and had to deal with their customer service multiple times to obtain funds.

Great app. Functionality is perfect -- really helpful that you can see when people have or have not seen your messages and how recently they've been active and their response rate. Like any secondhand market -- the game is tough and strangers can be hard to work with. That's how it goes, though!

Super easy to navigate site. Brand new with tags and like new dresses from ALL OVER THE WORLD. Gives updates on the dresses you save & fallow. You will need to LOOK AT THE PRICE, like i said before the dresses are all over the world, so prices are in that countries currency. You will need to see look up what that currency is in for your country. I found my dress thousands of miles in New Zealand, I am in United States. My Beautiful dress is on it's way traveling farther than the original owner and myself have ever been. I can't wait to unveil it when it arrives.

It was great to find the dress of my dreams on this app, but I tried the PayPal link 15 times and it wouldn’t go through. When I tried to do it again it just kept failing and showing the same message every time. I would’ve liked the opportunity to logout of the PayPal account and try to log into a new one but it would never give me an option and just stayed connected. I tried logging out of the app and everything and eventually I had to do PayPal directly with a customer, not connected to the app. I’d also like still white to offer some sort of protection, whether I purchased an insurance package or what that looks like I’m not sure but it’s definitely a gamble and getting a wedding dress to the mail so I am excited and also anxious. Also a few other paper payment methods would be helpful. It was the first time this person I’ve ever use PayPal and I’m not sure if that’s why we had an issue or what it was, but it takes several days for them to get money if it’s the first time they sign up. Using other apps like Zell or Venmo or the cash app or other payment methods that protect the purchase would be really helpful as well
