“I felt the platform was a little difficult to use as a seller. It took multiple times of reading the FAQ section to understand how to make a sale. Additionally, the $25 listing fee didn't feel worth it at first because I was getting no messages except for spam. I think it would make a lot more sense to explain to people that it takes a while to sell while giving them tips on how to make a successful sale.”
