About the Dress

Absolutely stunning dress with top in lace with short sleeves and an open diamond back. Flowy skirt in soft chiffon. The second I tried on this dress I loved it – it was so comfortable, flattering and just felt like me. I'm sure all brides are showered with compliments but I couldn't believe how many people said specifically how much they liked my dress. One of the things I really love about the dress is it's open diamond back. Wearing a veil with it kept my back covered for modesty in church and then I could show the back off at our reception.

Bought in 2020 for my wedding that was then postponed to September 2021. Dry cleaned immediately after the wedding and has come up like new.

The only alterations I made were to the length which was shortened to be floor length for me when wearing small heals (I'm 5ft 6). The hem will need redoing as it is a little frayed or taking up further depending on your height. If you're taller than 5ft 6 or want to wear big heals then I suspect I'll have cut too much length off the dress for it to work for you.

I'm a pretty standard size 10 in most retailers and this size 10 dress fit perfectly. I didn't need to make any alterations at all. In the end I didn't even put bra cups in the dress as I felt secure with the boning already in it. I did buy a set of cup size D bra cups that can be stitched in to the dress. They're unused and I'm happy to include these with the dress if they'd be useful.
