I have mainly positive reviews for the Still White platform. Firstly, I think they have a very comprehensive platform to showcase the dress, and for a very affordable price. I believe that folks that look to Still White to purchase a dress understand that they are viewing postings by people motivated to sell and be honest about their product. Other sites like Poshmark and Facebook marketplace are not this way. Additionally, Still White does not take a profit from your sale. The only negative aspect about using Still White in the United States is that the only way to accept payment from a buyer is through PayPal. Not only does PayPay take "a cut" but if you are not someone that utilizes PayPal services often, they automatically place a hold on your account for about 3 weeks until they release your money from the dress sale to you. Their reason is safety measures; I sold my dress at the end of September and still have not received my payment which can be very frustrating. I wish there was another platform like Zelle or something similar that Still White could use in the future to avoid these major delays in payment.

The site is fairly good for searching among listings, although there are a lot of items that have questionable tags re: style, etc. The thoroughness of most listings in terms of information provided about the items for sale is a major positive.

I find this site to be pretty amazing. I found my DREAM dress at nearly half the price, NEW & UNALTERED! The seller was fantastic and communicated very well. On the downside, other sellers I showed buying potential with were not so good with communicating-at all. Sort of a bummer however I believe that good things come to those that wait and boy did a GREAT thing come.... MY DREAM WEDDING DRESS! I'd definitely recommend StillWhite!

I think it’s a great way to buy a dress at a reasonable price. Only thing I would suggest is that sellers be more up front about negotiating and letting the buyer know if they are willing to negotiate. Response timing could be better from the buyers as well.

Selling was easy! It came with a boost but I purchased an additional boost when that was done and I think my dress was up for a total of a month before it sold. Messaging was easy and when I received the payment I mailed my dress and made sure it had tracking information for the buyer!

Stillwhite.com is awesome! I saw a dress online that I loved but was nervous about buying from a sketchy website so I passed on buying it. I was delighted to see that I could find high quality dresses for a better price on this site. I was happy to see the variety, and the filters made it easier to search. The one issue (which is not the fault of the site, per se) is that there seems to be inconsistencies in how sellers list their measurements. I'm not sure how the selling process looks, but ensuring that sellers know how to take/estimate proper measurements and what to list would help tremendously!
