I really enjoyed the experience I had on StillWhite. So much so that even after finding and purchasing my dress, I still occasionally come back here... ;) The website and the mobile app were very easy to use. The search option had loads of filters allowing to find dresses in the size, style and price I was after. Searching by designers was also a great feature, not to mention having an ability to find which dresses were closer to me, and therefore offered an opportunity of trying the dresses on. Speaking to sellers in a private room/chat allowed to gather more information, get additional photos and eventually make the purchase- it all felt so intuitive. As a graphic designer, I had a particular pleasure using the eye-pleasing font and clean interface of the chat. Both myself and the seller appreciated the additional advice StillWhite had on the website on how to find the best and cost effective option for sending the dress and how to package it. The purchase and agreeing the price requires just a few clicks and we both appreciated the extra security given by Paypal and StillWhitel. Thanks to StillWhite I have a dress I really wanted to have for a third of a price! Thank you StillWhite!

This is a great website, easy to use, and I like how it is international to truly help find that perfect dress. Working with my buyer was easy. The website is a great model. Estimating the shipping component was a bit tricky to navigate and I wish there was a "range" provided as to what to expect for each dress style. For instance, I was NOT expecting a ball gown to cost $150 to ship! As a buyer, I would be shocked. Aside from shipping costs, I think the buyer benefits most. I am concerned about PayPal as the only payment mode and whether PayPal protected sellers adequately. Recently I've read a number of reviews about how buyers (across all markets) can easily request a refund, claiming damage or inaccurate items, etc. without further proof. Additionally, I'm especially concerned because PayPal now "limits" accounts. My account was limited and the funds on "hold." I had to personally pay for shipping because of this (because in order to get full access to my PayPal account, I had to provide proof of shipment), and now I am concerned that - if there is an issue - the buyer will receive a full refund and I functionally LOST money in this exchange. I think it would be an improved seller experience if there were payment options. Overall though, a pleasant experience!

The app is glitchy. Whenever there's a new dress that matches my saved search criteria, if I click on the notification for that new dress, I do not get shown anything or the app glitches and takes me to my saved dresses. It's nice that Stillwhite exists though. I love that I was able to find a beautiful designer dress at a very affordable price point for my budget!

Easy to use website with lots of logical filters. Website navigation and loading was smooth and faultless (no delays in pictures loading or waiting to scroll down Search Pages). After paying $100 to list dress, it took 4 years to sell dress, after reducing the price many many times. I paid $300 ,to have dressed cleaned and boxed, I ended up selling for $325 just to get some money back, although still behind given still white fees.

I found the filters to be really helpful on stillwhite.com — more so than other sites. I ended up buying one where the seller had thorough information about the measurements for bust, waist and hips. I passed on other posts that didn’t give me as much info. I searched often for about 3-4 weeks and each time I kept coming back to the same dress. The seller was responsive and kind in our brief correspondence. It helped me fee confident in making the final decision on my dress.

As long as the seller is responsive, this app works, ladies! And it's secure, which is super important to all of us since wedding dresses are a huge purchase. So far, I'm super pleased with my first and only experience/transaction with Stillwhite. If I needed to use it again in the future, I would just based on my initial experience with it. My only "con" with it is that I wish they were able to let us do a search filter by height. I'm tall (5'9") and 95% of the dresses that come up, the bride's selling noted something like, "5'3" with shoes.".... ugh... next.
