Fit & Flare

This dress was a custom design and fit, worn once in 2021.

In it's original form, the dress fits a small (~size 8) bust and waist, and medium (~size 12) hip, making it ideal for bigger booty gals.

This dress fits like a glove, and with larger hip to waist ratio (ie. it's more "roomy" at the hips), it can easily be altered to fit many body shapes. The original seamstress lives in the South east Suburbs of Melbourne, and details can be shared should you need some advise/alterations done (pricing can be discussed with the seamstress directly).

The dress can be stepped into (rather than going your over the head which can ruin hair and make up), with an invisible zip over the midline of the buttocks, meeting in the middle underneath the waist band for a seamless finish.

It has both a sewn in hand loop on the train AND a hidden buttoned bustle, making dancing long into the night a non-issue.

The dress is made from a light stretch crepe and its entirely self-lined, which helps to smooth out any 'bumps'. The bodice (top) is also lined to help keep a smooth shape over the bust. The dress comes with built in bust cups, which could be removed/changed as required.

The dress has since been professionally dry cleaned and is stored in a deluxe museum box to keep it in its original quality.
