I don’t think you get anything extra for what you pay when there are other places to sell that are free (Vinted and FB marketplace). I sold via here only after getting interest via Vinted.

I enjoyed using this platform. I found a specific dress I was looking for, and I appreciated that this platform offered protection to the buyer (and seller) which greatly reduced any worry. When I had a technicsl question, customer service responded to my email quickly. My only suggestion would be to add more detail to the "4 steps" of how you purchase something on this site.

Stillwhite helped me sell a dress that after it arrived turned out to not fit my torso length when the sample I had tried 6 months earlier 100% did. It was frustrating as all get out. The store I ordered it from offered me 50% of what I paid for it, but thankfully on Stillwhite, I was able to make 60% back on my investment. I didn't finally sell the dress until 2 months after my wedding. I feel justified that I was able to make more than 50% of cost. It was worth the 6 months of waiting.

Very upset with some of the sellers on Stillwhite! Takes forever to hear back, and when I mention I would like to purchase the dress, I don’t get the option to purchase! Very frustrating!! I like to purchase dresses to help my Community with girls that can’t afford dresses and don’t seem to get much luck purchasing dresses on this site! Can’t say this about all sellers as I have purchased a few dresses, and are absolutely stunning!! Wish was easier way to purchase on this site!!

The process of buying a dress through this site was a breeze. The gal whose dress I bought has been nothing short of wonderful to work with. My fiance and I are eloping in April, thus finding a Ready to Wear dress hasn't been easy. Most manufacturer production times are 5+ months out. Luckily I was able to find the exact dress I wanted in the exact color from a gal with similar measurements...and it is brand new! Best part is that I don't have to wait months for it to arrive and I got it for 20% less than I would have paid buying it at the bridal salon. I will also have plenty of time to get any small alterations done. Given the short amount of time we women actually spend wearing our bridal dresses, why not save some money and recycle them as often as possible! You never know what bride you might be helping by selling your dress! Thank you Still White for bringing this concept to fruition!

This website is the BEST. Able to sale a new, never off the hanger designer wedding dress within 5 days due to a cancelled wedding / engagement. Easy to navigate, and lots of views.
