“Sellers didn't want to complete the purchase through Stillwhite, it was impossible to figure out how to actually buy a dress or calculate shipping, and then when I tried to get the dress sent to a US address so that I could deal with getting it to the UK myself, it just took my billing address and so I had to go back into my messages to give the seller the ACTUAL shipping address.
For something as important as a wedding dress, the purchasing experience was unnecessarily difficult and stressful, and if the dress I bought doesn't fit my needs, I won't be coming back to Stillwhite to find a replacement.”
