sellerAmazing. Love the easy webpage navigation and the message boards were an excellent way to talk to customers and provide effective feedback and responses; especially the photo attachments. The website advocates PayPal and I didn't know the page advertised in foreign currency so during the final stages of purchasing, the exchange rate differs between PayPal and StillWhite so I lost $75 in the process. Nevertheless its a minor point and I absolutely rate this company to sell dresses for every girls special day.MoreRebecca, Townsville

buyerHi, The only complication that I had was trying to work out how paypal works, it is not very user friendly, so I didn't end up using it. That aside, the website is really easy to use, thank you for creating this platform for me to be able to find my dream dress! And what made this whole experience even better was the fact that the Bride that I bought my dress from is such an amazing person too! buyerI really utilized & appreciated your search filters more so than other similar sites. The information for buyers and sellers was easy to find & concise. Clicking the buy button in the chat I was already using with the seller was simple. The only suggestion would be to add listings for the other things one may need like veils & maybe the sashes various dresses come with. People often replace the sashes while others may get lost & need replaced. Just a suggestion. :)More

sellerI was really happy with the services for the 1 day my dress was listed (I was really surprised and shocked at how quickly my dress sold!!). I was disappointed though that PayPal charged me $12(!!!). I set up an account specifically for my buyer but if I had known that PayPal was going to charge me I would have asked her just to transfer me the money straight into my account. Thank you for helping me sell my dress :) xxMore
