What if a seller asks for more money?

Sellers are required to charge in a single transaction and may not ask for additional payments.

It's up to the seller to correctly determine shipping fees and understand transaction fees before they request payment. Asking for additional funds to cover postage or transaction fees is against the Stillwhite Seller Agreement.

If the seller is asking for an unfair additional payment to cover fees, you may ask them to cancel the transaction or open a dispute to initiate a refund.

Wrong price

If an incorrect amount was paid, the seller should cancel the transaction through PayPal and request a new payment. It is a requirement of PayPal's Buyer Protection to pay in a single transaction. Multiple payments may not be covered.
