How do I mark an order as delivered?

Marking your dress as delivered lets the seller know you've received the item.

We'll attempt to automatically mark an order as delivered if a tracking number was supplied. A buyer may also mark an order as delivered at any time.

To mark an order as delivered:

Website & Mobile App

  1. Visit your Inbox
  2. Open the conversation with the buyer
  3. Scroll to the order box
  4. Click Mark as delivered in the order box
  5. Confirm your selection

Any issues with your order can be raised after marking it as delivered.
