Who pays for shipping?

The buyer pays for shipping when completing their purchase.

The seller then uses those funds to purchase the shipping label and send the dress on its way. This ensures the shipping cost is fully covered and the process stays simple for both parties.

The shipping fee is added separately to the purchase price when requesting payment from the buyer.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

If the return is part of a dispute that’s resolved in the buyer’s favor, the original shipping fee will also be refunded.
