The Dress
I bought this dress on Still White, had it altered for a better fit, but in the end decided it was not the dress I wanted to wear. This dress was custom made by Sonia Cappellazzo, with a bodice made from neoprene, and a stretch silk knit underlay which becomes the fluid skirt & train. The train may be hooked up, and the length can be easily taken up. The dress has built-in cups, so no bra is required.
The alterations I had done added a lace up corset insert, as the dress would not fully zipper for me. The corset back allows the sizing to be flexible now, and then the extra fabric covers the altered zipper/corset back.
The first 3 pictures are mine, with the alterations. The last picture is from the original listing on the website, after I purchased the dress. Original owner paid $5,000+ for the dress in 2017.
