The messaging for communicating with sellers is very easy and it’s helpful to know if message has been read and when message was sent. I like how the payment system is set up for easy and secure payment for both sellers and buyers with that information being posted on the messages as it occurs. Overall great experience!MoreAshley

buyerThe site is easy attractive and easy to navigate, helping me to find the perfect gown and get in touch with the lovely bride who is passing her gown on to me. Without her and stillwhite.com I wouldn't have been able to afford such a stunning gown! I also love that there's the opportunity to wear something with history, that's already been loved and made someone else so happy on their day. The service in bridal boutiques felt posh and a little pushy (the sales assistants are paid on commission, I believe) but popping over to Molly's place was a much more genuine experience. Now, thanks to stillwhite.com I will be able to wear the gown I always imagined!!More

The only improvement I’d make would be a more intuitive ‘buying’ process - ie there is a ‘contact the seller’ button but no indication of how you actually buy the dress / the fact the seller has to offer it to you for sale. buyerUnfortunately the dress I bought arrived in poor condition even though it was advertised and listed as new on Stillwhite. The customer support just told me to contact PayPal and said that disputes had nothing to do with them. I think Stillwhite could do more to protect buyers from sellers that are not genuine. When I contacted them about my situation they said that it was up to me to ask the buyer for proof that the dress was brand new. This is difficult to do from another country. I would only recommend using Stillwhite if you can travel to see the dress. Please do not trust a buyer that you cannot meet no matter how nice they may seem on the chat system. If you are going to buy without seeing the dress I would recommend doing the following; 1) Ask for a copy of the original receipt and make sure it is legible. Check that the bridal boutique exists and that they stock that designer. 2) Ask the seller to take their measurements with the dress on and show pictures of the measurements. The seller that I bought from was actually selling a dress that was too small for her. Her measurements were larger than mine however the dress was really tight on me when it arrived. 3) Ask the seller if the original tags and bag are available for the dress and get pictures of these. 4) If a seller claims that the dress is new please still ask them to confirm that the dress was not bought from a bridal boutique where it was used as a sample dress. It is important to remember that even though you can make a Paypal claim if the dress arrives significantly different to what it was described as you still have to pay the postage back to the seller and insure it for the amount you bought it. This can be quite expensive. Be very wary of all sellers.More

sellerNot being able to share mobile numbers made communication difficult, especially with people coming to my home and needing instant responses. Refreshing my emails every few minutes was tedious. I also would’ve liked more gallery images. But otherwise, Still White is a great platform - very easy to use.More

I bought a two piece dress with each part from different sellers and they both answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and shipped in a timely manner. You can’t beat the prices or the security of a site like this and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone whether they’re like me and know exactly what they’re looking for- or if they just need somewhere to browse after looking. Be sure to check with the designers websites, though because you’ll likely be a different size than you think. I’m a IS size 2-4, but for bridal I’m an 8-10.More
