sellerStillwhite needs to offer a payment service other than PayPal. I, as the seller was charged 5% of the selling cost, which was not advertised by PayPal or anywhere that I could find on your site. If I had known this ahead of time I would have adjusted my dress price accordingly. The shipping calculator is also off--I spent $10 more than was calculated to ship the dress. Overall I would have been happier selling on my own without StillwhiteMoreMargot, Los Angeles

sellerA useful site and I'm glad to have sold the dress. I think a few things could be improved, such as when searching have an option not to show things you have seen before and not saved. buyerI was sceptical at first, but found an amazing deal on an amazing dress that I wouldn’t have been able to buy otherwise. The seller was lovely and despite now living abroad, between us we have managed to work out a way of getting it back to the UK through a network of friends on business trips! I would never have thought of buying a dress second hand before, but I’m not precious about it already being worn and it’s simply amazing!More

buyerI found my perfect wedding dress in the bridal store but because my wedding is going to be in 6 Weeks the store told me it is not possible to make m dress in this time. On Stillwhite I found my dress instead of 3100 GBP for 800 GPB in almost my size. I am going to make it slightly smaller but all together this saved my day!More
