I was able to sell my dress through this platform even in lockdown. It understandably took a bit of time but the app was simple and easy to use. I luckily found a fantastic buyer and communication with her was great via messages on Stillwhite. My dress was new and unused which I think helped but I would (and have) recommend this service.

There should be a better search ability to search by dress label size or street size. Had I not searched in a different size category, I wouldn't have my dress, because the filter didn't go by label size.

I love the user interface. The app is very easy and intuitive to use as well, despite some limitations like not being able to crop photos and some wonky issues with text editing. It did get confusing once the buyer confirmed they wanted to buy. I think it would help if there was more guidance that cleared up that you can add the shipping estimate when you add the 'buy now' button. I had to do some digging before I figured it out.
