I cannot begin to explain how amazing StillWhite is. I read loads of reviews before taking the plunge and I had the best experience. Kathi, the lady who sold me her dress, was brilliant. She sent me so many photographs and videos and was brilliant on the sizing (from US to UK). She also packaged up the dress beautifully and wrote a lovely note which I will treasure. I used PayPal (linked to my credit card) and that was seamless. From ordering my dress to receiving it - Florida to London - was nine days. The dress is in perfect condition. As a British bride I can wholeheartedly recommend StillWhite. I have my dream dress, saved £800, and will be putting it back on here after my wedding in case someone else loves it as much as myself and Kathi. The only thing to take into consideration if you are British based is the taxes to release the dress. It was just over £400. Given the money I have saved I wasn't bothered but I did not realise this cost would come. Thank you again, Kathi.

I'm glad that the payments seem secure, but the PayPal process is clunky. PayPal have charged me $25 for processing and my payment is still on hold because my account hasn't been active much. So I still cannot access the money despite the dress being shipped and confirmed received by the buyer.

Getting signed up to pay through PayPal was very challenging for both myself and the seller and delayed the whole process by several days. I almost just gave up since both Stillwhite and PayPal couldn't help me figure it out and I ended up having to use someone else's account to pay. Other than that, everything was great and super happy with my dress!

Very easy to navigate! Very accurate for measurements. What I would change: don’t say that the dress is “sold by ____” when you click on the dress. That causes confusion, making it unclear if the dress is still available or not!

The dress is amazing! It was in perfect condition and arrived fast to Finland! Stillwhite is a nice place to find gems, BUT something important to consider: Even though the prices are lower, the cost of customs can increase A LOT the final price (I paid almost 400euros for a dress that costed 930euros with shipment). Additionally, the adjustments can also increase the price (680euros for me). In total, I'm paying almost 2000euros for it. So, I don't feel that I saved a lot of money buying here, but the dress is totally beautiful <3.

Fairly easy to browse dresses, though there seems to be confusion among sellers on where to list actual dress size vs street size. I contacted several potential dress listings to confirm sizing and a majority of the time it was not what was advertised on the listing. More clarity for sellers or removing the street size altogether is a suggestion.
