The app is very user friendly and I really like the amount of filtering you can do. I was looking for a very specific style and was happy i didn't have to look through hundreds of dresses. I ended up purchasing one of the very first ones I loved and cannot wait to receive it! The seller I had was very on top of communication and sending me additional photos. I am so happy to have found my dress and saved some $$$!

I liked the option of searching by designer. I think also having an option for dresses near your area will be helpful for those brides that want to meet up and see the dress in person before they commit.

The search was a little overwhelming and I didn't find that the filters worked very well each time. It seemed like there were dresses that fit my search category but didn't show up until I did more specific deep digging. I understand people can pay to prioritize their dresses, but it did make searching a little tricky. Once I did find something I was into however it was very easy to communicate with the seller and easy to follow and track the dress.

I felt the platform was a little difficult to use as a seller. It took multiple times of reading the FAQ section to understand how to make a sale. Additionally, the $25 listing fee didn't feel worth it at first because I was getting no messages except for spam. I think it would make a lot more sense to explain to people that it takes a while to sell while giving them tips on how to make a successful sale.

It was so easy to list and keep an eye on the listing. I received an offer within a few days of listing my dress. Although, I should have read more about the fees involved in the sale. I would have added a few dollars to cover the PayPal seller fee that I was responsible for.

Fairly easy to use and I like that it was the one-off listing fee instead of a commission. I also liked the integration of the transaction and tracking in the conversation. I was disappointed it took years to sell the dress despite good photos, paying for multiple promotions and numerous price cuts (ended up selling for less than 10% of the cost).

Super easy, pleasant experience to create the ad for the dress! I really loved the optimize and boost tools -- SO helpful! I paid for an additional boost after the initial period ended and my dress sold in less than 2 weeks. I met the super-sweet bride-to-be at a local department store where we 'borrowed' a fitting room so she could try the dress on. : ) I also love that it's a set fee for selling as opposed to a percentage of the final sale. I wish we could also sell prom dresses on here LOL!

Still White is such a wonderful place for brides to find their wedding dress, whether it be first or second hand. There are so many brides who care just as much about you - the bride - to find your perfect dress. I developed a good relationship with my seller (who is also a 2023 bride). Horrible experience. If I could give minus stars I would. I had tried on a dress brand new a few days prior to using Stillwhite, but I decided to buy the same dress second-hand to try and reduce the wastage of buying a new dress I would only wear once. I felt secure in buying a dress from Stillwhite as they had PayPal buyer protection... what a mistake that was. I found the dress secondhand and was assured by the seller that it had been professionally dry-cleaned and was undamaged. The dress arrived, but the silk was scratchy and hard, not like silk should be. If you have ever accidentally ruined silk by washing it incorrectly you will know the feeling. The dress was also significantly shorter than advertised and only came to my ankles, which is crazy, as the seller was taller than me and also wore heels on the day. The seams of the dress buckle, as the silk threads have been damaged and shrunk. I tried to reason with the seller but they refused to refund me. I also put a dispute through Paypal but they said "This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we don't consider it to be significantly not as described" and they refused my claim. So if it's silk... it's silk, regardless of whether it's damaged or not. Devastated. I now have a dress I can't wear, as it only comes to my ankles and the silk is ruined, and I cannot afford a new dress as I have spent more money than I should have to buy this one second-hand. Stillwhite was no help at all, they told the seller that "typically there are no refunds for second-hand sales and this is particularly true for wedding dresses" and usually if a buyer has made a purchase that you're not happy with, the recommendation is that they have to on-sell the dress themselves. Super helpful if the dress is ruined. Don't trust PayPal buyer protection and don't trust Stillwhite to help, they're protecting the seller, not the buyer.

I like the search features and the saved list. It's also easy to contact a seller. However, most of the items are more expensive than they'd be on other sites. Also, shipping being determined by the seller is kind of sketchy because I looked up shipping costs and they were much cheaper than what the seller offered me, but I can't edit them.

As a second time bride I knew I wanted to be conscious of what I was spending, safer to my purse and to the environment. Really enjoyed the time spent browsing Still White and learned a lot about dresses. When the time came, I asked about a few dresses and found that although messages were read they went unanswered which was strange..and rude, but absolutely not a fault of Still White. As luck happens I found my dream dress and the seller was fab. I got a brand new dress for less than half the original price. I was unable to try on and I'm sure it will need slight alterations but even without yet trying it on I am in love with it and sure it wil be perfect. All in all a fab experience.

The site is easy enough to use. Arranging shipping from the UK to the US was kind of involved. I got a customs bill which I found interesting because I've never gotten a customs bill when I've purchased things from private individuals in Europe before. That is not really the fault of Stillwhite, but it is something to keep in mind if you are planning to buy a gown this way.

StillWhite is an easy to use platform and I loved searching through all the beautiful dresses, there really is a dress out there for everyone! I particularly like the little feature which delighted me as a user - after viewing a dress and then returning to your search results, the most recently viewed dress "bounces" to help you remember where you were up to (love it!). I have been able to find my dream dress in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition for a fraction of the in store retail price. What's not to love?!
