I tried the dress i purchased on at a salon and they wanted more than double what I paid on Still White! And the seller was very communicative and shipped it 2nd day. I got it the same week I purchased it! I have to make alterations so it can fit but other than that its perfect!

The platform was quite good, it was pretty easy to navigate and filter by different categories. I would recommend that there was also a filter for either the dress label size or certain body measurements in addition to the Stillwhite size. It seemed that the Stillwhite size varied a lot between dresses judging by the measurements that the sellers provided.

Very easy to use and I like all the details and descriptions you can add. However, I found it extremely difficult to sell my dress. I used the paid features to boost the views, to have it be on the main page etc. I don’t believe that helped at all. I sold it for less than I wanted to but thankful someone finally reached out. The massive fees taken out by Paypal at the last minute after it's too late to choose an alternate option was very off putting. Only way to pay is using PayPal which is not secure. Dress arrived not as described (stitching bunched and falling off in places) and seller disagrees and will not accept a return. PayPal do not want to do anything due to deleting unsafe fraudulent account. Stuck with a dress that is not fit for purpose and out of pocked £750.

I absolutely love the platform. My wedding dress I initially order was delayed and my friend recommended I try still white for a second option. I came across some amazing dresses at affordable prices and I messaged the some sellers and they took very long to respond. However I got to another seller who had a similar item and she got it shipped to me in a timely manner since my wedding was just 7 days prior to me ordering another dress. Your platform is well done. It was good to get a general feel for what existed, before I went into an actual bridal salon (to discover what things looked and felt like on me), and then I could start using the filters to find my dress. The 'near me' filter didn't seem to work, either because of browser settings or no dresses (also possible, I live in a small place)
