The dress I want is sold. Can I contact the new owner?

Once a dress is removed from sale, it's no longer possible to contact the seller or reach out to the buyer.

We understand this can be frustrating but due to our strict privacy policy, we cannot reveal the sellers or buyers contact information or pass your details on to them.

If you love an available dress, don't hesitate to reach out while you still can. If you missed out, we suggest creating a saved search so you are notified when a similar dress is listed.
