What if the shipping address Is incorrect?

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly during checkout, you may be able to update it before the item is marked as shipped.

• PayPal payments: PayPal and Venmo do not allow shipping addresses to be updated. You will need to ask the seller to cancel the original payment and send a new payment request, so you can enter the correct address during checkout.
• Other payment methods: Contact Stillwhite support, and we can help update your shipping address before the item ships.

Important: Sellers can only ship to the address shown on the order.

Canceling an order

If payment is still pending, the buyer can cancel the transaction through PayPal. Otherwise, the seller will need to cancel it.

Once the original payment is canceled:

1. Listings usually reactivate automatically after cancellation so the seller can resend the payment request.
2. The seller can create a new payment request, allowing the buyer to enter the correct address.
