Why can't I request payment?

Payment requests are available for enabled listings.

If you don't see the request payment option in your conversation, please check the following:

• your listing is not paused or removed
• your conversation has not been closed
• your account is not deactivated
• you haven't blocked the buyer

You may not be able to request payment if:

• the buyer has blocked you
• the buyer's account has been deactivated
