What happens when my dress sells with Stillwhite Plus?
When your dress sells on Stillwhite Plus, you’ll need to confirm your sale within 48 hours.
Steps to complete your sale:
- Review the order details – check the buyer info and agreed sale price.
- Confirm the sale – click “Confirm Sale” once everything is correct.
- Download your shipping label – use the prepaid label to send your dress.
- Package your dress carefully – protect it during transit.
Managing cancelled orders
- If your offer times out or is cancelled, your listing will be automatically paused.
- Unpause your listing from your dashboard to allow the buyer—or a new buyer—to make payment again.
Receiving your payment
- Track your shipment in your dashboard to see when it’s delivered.
- Once the buyer confirms the dress matches the description, your payment will be sent directly to your connected bank account via Stripe.
- This ensures your funds are secure, automatically transferred, and quickly accessible.
