I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password and can't sign in to your Stillwhite account, we can help reset it for you.

To reset your password:

Website

1. Go to stillwhite.com
2. From the main menu, click Log in
3. Click Forgot password?
4. Enter your email address
5. Click Reset password

Mobile app

1. Open the Stillwhite app
2. Tap Continue with email
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. Enter your email address
5. Click Reset

You will receive an email containing further instructions and a secure link to reset your password. For security reasons, this link expires after 24 hours. If the link is no longer active, simply reset your password again.
