How do I open a dispute?

If you recognise a problem with the dress, contact the seller within 4 days of receiving it.

Reach out to the seller first

Communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you and the seller are unable to agree on a solution, please open a dispute through PayPal within 7 days of receiving the dress. Please note, items picked up locally are not covered.

To open a dispute:

  1. Sign in to your PayPal account
  2. Navigate to the Resolution Centre
  3. Click the Dispute a Transaction button
  4. Complete the form
