How do I restore a conversation from my archive?
If you would like to restore a conversation to your inbox, you may move it from your archive.
To restore a conversation
Website
- Go to your Inbox
- Select the Archive tab
- Click on a conversation
- Click the icon in the top right
- Select Move to inbox
Mobile app
- Select the Inbox tab
- Click the icon
- Slide left on a conversation
- Click the icon
Archived conversations will re-appear in your inbox if you send or receive a new message.
