How do I report a user?
If a user makes you feel uncomfortable or tries to get you to pay outside Stillwhite, you may report them.
To report a user
Website
- Go to your Inbox
- Click on a conversation
- Click the icon in the top right
- Select Report
Mobile app
- Select the Inbox tab
- Tap on a conversation
- Click the icon
- Select Report
Please note that you may not receive a personal response when reporting a user.
