Stillwhite Protection applies to purchases made through Stillwhite Payments on eligible listings.

It ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ll support you if something goes wrong.

What’s covered

You’re protected if:

  • Your item doesn’t arrive
  • Your item is significantly not as described

What happens if there’s an issue

If there’s a problem with your order:

  1. Report the issue within 4 days of delivery
  2. Work with the seller to try to resolve the issue
  3. If needed, escalate the case for Stillwhite to review
  4. If eligible, you may receive a refund under Stillwhite Protection

How Stillwhite Payments works

  • You pay securely through Stillwhite
  • The seller ships your item
  • You have time to inspect it after delivery
  • Payment is released once the order is accepted

Eligibility

Stillwhite Protection applies to:

  • Listings where payment is processed through Stillwhite

Purchases made using other payment methods (such as PayPal or Venmo) are covered by the respective payment provider’s policies.

What’s not covered

  • Change of mind
  • Minor differences (e.g. slight colour variation)
  • Items reported or returned outside the allowed timeframe

Stillwhite Protection is not insurance

Stillwhite Protection is not an insurance policy, warranty, or guarantee. Whether a purchase is eligible for protection, including any refund amount, is determined by Stillwhite at its sole discretion based on the circumstances of each case and our policies.

Stillwhite may modify, suspend, or discontinue Protection at any time.
