The Dress

I love this dress. It encompassed everything I was after and I absolutely loved wearing it. It would be wonderful for it to find a new bride (& potentially others after you!) to bring equal amounts of joy to!

Why I love this elegant dress:
- Beautiful floral detail on the layers. I love all things outdoors and felt that this detail reflected that. I hadn’t seen many dresses with such lovely florals done in a very subtle and elegant way.
- The delicate beading on the waist and straps felt like an extra special feature without it feeling overly glitz and glam.
- The silhouette is so flattering, shows off a little waist & the lovely layers of the dress swoosh like a dream. It was light to wear and I felt amazing dancing in this!

Excellent condition:
- Professionally dry cleaned and stored in the original zipped bag
- One loose thread / bead on the left strap and one loose thread / bead on the lower back. I hadn’t spotted these until close inspection for this post, so they are truly hardly noticeable.
- No marks on or tears on any layers of the fabric.

Alterations

Length reduced, I’m approx 5ft7 and I wore flats on the big day
Waist brought in (with food room!)
Straps shortened by a few centimetres
Subtle bustle added for the evening
