The iconic Issa shrug by Halfpenny London.
Note - this is the shrug only not the dress pictured which is in a separate listing.
This shrug sits just above the elbow and can instantly elevate any look. The dreamy frills drape off the arms and create a stunning back detail and puff sleeve effect.
I loved changing into it for the reception and it’s a great alternative to a veil.
It’s not. 10/12 it’s one size but had to state a size for the listing.
It has been dry cleaned.
