The Dress

This dress was originally a 20 and my measurements when I bought it were bust:45, waist: 38.5, and hips 49. I gained weight since but was still able to get into it on. The max waist would be 40. I am 5’4” and I went with a flat sneaker. This dress doesn’t have any structure built in beyond new bust cups. I am a 38G bust so we needed a a lot of support from undergarments. The main alterations made was taking in the waist and shortening the straps. The train was also shortened but it was super long to begin with. The back is fully open with lace sides

There is tons of appliqué on this dress but was sparse on the train My seamstress took the extra appliqué from the alterations and the cut train and created new beautiful appliqué design. That showed while bustle which was amazing! I felt so beautiful in this dress and I was so comfortable all night long. I got so many compliments from my family and friends. I know you will love it.

The dress has no stains or spots on it. There is a small tear in the underskirt from being stepped on but it’s only noticeable if you are searching hard. It hasn’t been dry cleaned but in mint condition. It’s been stored in our closet I. It’s original bag.

Alterations

Train was shorted and appliqué re organized. straps were shortened and waist was taken in. Length was cut to the floor with flat shoes.
