This is a custom Naama & Anat dress (dress called 'Manhattan'). Equivalent wedding dress size would be US 12 (my actual dress size 8).
Alterations
The dress fit like a glove, it needed minimal alterations to waist (it didn't change the size, it just needed to straighten the satin). She also worked slightly on the hem.
