The Dress

The perfect dress for elegance but still looked incredible/appropriate at an outdoor farm wedding. The buttons up the back add a really special touch compared to the classic corset/tie up. I was shocked how comfortable it was after wearing it for 10+ hours. Slightly stiff to sit down in but you don’t sit much on your wedding day anyway. It comes with a hook for the bustle. The belt was an add on that is sewn in but could likely be removed by a seamstress. One button on the back is missing but could be replaced. Would LOVE to see my dress get another chance to shine for your big day rather than collect dust in my closet!

From the designers description: This fit and flare wedding dress with graphic lace over Dolce satin from Essense of Australia features an eyelash lace-trimmed semi-sweetheart neckline, corded lace hem, and chapel train for a simple and sophisticated look. The back zips up under fabric-covered buttons.

Alterations

Dress was taken in around hips and bust to make more form fitting. We also added a sewn in belt which is still attached. I was about a size 8 at the time of the wedding.
