The Dress
This gown is nothing short of incredible. The scalloped beaded lace is beautiful on its own, but the back not only features a modified keyhole opening but a gauzy train of English net. I added a wedding sash belt, which my seamstress attached to the dress. The color of the dress is ivory with silver beaded enhancements.
I was nervous purchasing a size 14 dress even though I am about a size 8/10. However, it ended up being the right size to purchase. My seamstress had the dress fitting perfectly at the time of my wedding. I also had my seamstress insert bra cover-ups so I didn't have to wear a bra with the dress. So glad I did this. It was such a comfortable dress to wear.
The dress was dry-cleaned and has been sitting in a box ever since. It has never been taken out of the box.
Alterations
Alterations to the dress were around the waist, length, insert of the bra cups and inserts added to create a bustle.
