The Dress

This Maggie Sottero gown has only been worn during an outdoor ceremony. The dress is a lace overlay that reflects small beadwork in the bust area, that softens to very minimal clear reflective sequins in the lower portion of the gown. The the back has a 10.5 inch zipper, along with a hook & eye yet is completely camouflaged by a total of 20 fabricated buttons. The inside contains a nude layering for coverage. The nude layering is attached in the body of the gown, yet detached from the remaining lower end of the dress; allowing comfort & movement. The dress has a back train of a “two layer”fabrication of lace completed with a scalloped edge. The dress bustles in 5 areas on the outer layer, and a single bustle on the inner nude lining. The neckline appears to be more of a plunge but showcases a sheer nude organza to provide coverage. The vail is 4.5 inch curved comb with a white organza and white beaded trim. The longest center portion of the vail is 42 inches; the sides are shorter in style. This dress has not been dry cleaned & has been worn outside.

Alterations

The top shoulder straps have been brought up by a quarter of an inch.
