The Dress

Dry cleaned and was professionally preserved right after the wedding until I broke open the box to try get measurements! Unfortunately there is no size listed but it is approx size EU 42. The Dress and veil are now stored in the original garment bag instead of the box -- Good condition, with very light dirt on the hem and two minor holes in the lace on the back and on the shoulder (which can be patched or covered easily with an applique).

For size reference, I am 5'8.5" and was wearing a 60mm Jimmy choo heel (approx 2 inches). I am between a size 8 and 10.

This 2018 Rime Arodaky wrap dress with matching veil was absolutely perfect for my city wedding! It is an incredibly breathable material and the wrap dress style is comfortable and flattering. It is a fun and modern dress that is easy to be in all day and night through photos, the ceremony, dinner and dancing / enjoying with your friends and family. I especially love the details of the flower appliques over the sheer parts of the dress in the back and on the bust. The trumpet sleeves are also a very fun design detail. And the matching floor length veil with matching flower appliques is truly gorgeous and made it extra special on the day. The Dress bustles in the back (see picture) for dancing after the ceremony if you so choose, but is not noticeable if you choose not to.

Alterations

The dress was altered over the course of several months to fit perfectly before the big day. We added a bustle and buttons on the waist band for comfort and ease. We also added a snap button on the bust for extra comfort and security.
