About the Dress

Beautiful Savin London 'Elize' dress, with lots of floral applique, beading and a train. Worn once and dry cleaned - in fantastic condition and now ready to be worn again. I had a wonderful day wearing it and got a lot of compliments - it really is unique and I felt very special.

I was lucky that I needed minimal alterations - the main thing I had done aside from shortening the length (I am 5ft 9 but wore sandals with a low heel) was to add buttons to bustle the train up in the evening. This worked really well - not only did the bustling survive an evening of energetic dancing but it looked great from the back too.

Alterations

Minimal alterations made to:
Shorten the dress
Raise the back (hook and eye added)
Add buttons to bustle the train up in the evening (this worked really well and I was able to dance all night!)
Add cups (34 B) - these can be taken out very easily if required
