The Dress

This was my dream dress - romantic, soft and easy to wear. The dress has detachable sleeves so you can have two looks in one. I choose to wear the sleeves the whole evening as it was a slightly cooler day, but great to have the option of two looks. There is a slit up the side which adds a bit of flair without being overly showy. The dress is a true 14 with no alternations made to the dress other than a hem, bustle & padded cups added for support ($400 in alternations) Purchased in Christchurch for $3500NZD from Wilkins Bridal, and has been professionally dry cleaned ($400).

There is a very small hole in the tulle on the front after the dry cleaners - I've asked the lady who did my alternations and she said it is an easy fix and the price reflects this.
